We are open weekends and school holidays from Easter to November. For group bookings over 10 people please email us for a chat – bookings can be taken for use of our facility outside of our regular hours –
Your confirmation email will give a start and finish time depending on your booking slot – please arrive in time for the start time – on your confirmation you should see:

Please make sure that before booking you read our safety information Please note that you may be in a booking slot with other people (unless you book for 6). If you have any concerns please talk to us before making a booking.
All children participating must be 7 or over – any children under 10 will need an adult up in the trees with them – the adult MUST be booked along with the rest of the group and is chargeable. 1 adult can supervise 2 children under 10 – children over 10 can be supervised from the ground (non-paying adult).
Please book using our booking system. Although we can still take bookings over the phone (07729 572974) we may not have the most up to date information on slots available, or email email@example.com with your booking requirements. To use our web booking click on the product link below and select your timeslot. If you are wanting to book for today please give us a call.
When prompted please enter the ages of all participants in the booking screen.
If you have a voucher – when you get to checkout just add the code from the top of the voucher into the ‘voucher’ section and it will knock the voucher value off your order, (input one voucher code at a time and click ‘apply coupon’ then input your next code). If it doesn’t work just give us a call on the number above and we’ll sort it out.
Payment will be processed at the time of booking through the website or by prior arrangement by card or cash on the day.

Your booking can be cancelled up to 48hrs before for a 95% refund (subject to a 5% fee to cover our card provider costs) or reschedule. If you cancel or wish to reschedule the day before your booking a refund will only be issued if we can re-book the slot. No refund will be given for cancelling on the day of your booking although please ring and speak with us as we may offer a reschedule.
There may be times when we are forced to close the site due to the weather or a safety concern – we will contact you by phone as soon as we can and offer a refund or reschedule.
RTTA do not store or have access to any payment card information – this is all held by our merchant services provider. We do store your name, address and contact details on our mail server (managed by Microsoft) so we can communicate with you regarding your booking. We will never pass on your details to a third party.
